United Kingdom
Processing time is 1 working day. Orders placed before 12pm weekdays will usually be sent the same day. If 24hr upgraded delivery is chosen, please be aware orders after 12 will be send the following day.
Postage within the United Kingdom is free. All orders are sent via 48 hour tracked delivery, and orders over £80 will need to be signed for.
Orders over £120 will be upgraded to 24 hour tracked delivery and will need to be signed for.
Worldwide Inc. Europe
Worldwide standard postage rates vary depending on location. Delivery time is approx 3-7 days via Royal Mail and will be a tracked service.
USA taxes and duties are paid by us.
Other countries, import taxes/charges may not be included, please check before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing, you may return for a full refund. Return postage must be paid by customer. The item must be unused, in original condition & include all accessories/batteries.
If item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return label/collection and either refund or replace when item is recieved back to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of returns outside the UK, however if an item is faulty, we will issue you with a store credit to use in the future. Please note; when placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms.
